Do your prices include GST?
All prices on our Australian store include the 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). The GST component will be itemized on your invoice for your records.
Which pets are your products suitable for?
Please refer to the individual product page for specifics. Our goods cater to various breeds of dogs and/or cats.
Where do you ship from, and what are the shipping costs?
All orders ship from Vaucluse, NSW. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 and pay a $6 flat fee for smaller orders. Prices exclude GST.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We are quite proud of how quickly we can send your order from Healthy Furry. We ship all orders from Vaucluse, NSW. We process and dispatch orders within 1 business day. You can expect to receive your order within 2–5 business days for most metro areas in major cities. Regional areas may take slightly longer.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are typically processed promptly, often within 1-2 hours. Kindly reach out to us promptly by phone (during business hours) or email. If the order has not been shipped, we will make every effort to fulfill your request.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the chosen courier's website to track its progress.
What if my product is faulty or stops working? (ACL Guarantee)
For our electrical products, under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) for faulty products. If a product has a 'major fault,' you can choose between a refund or replacement. For 'minor faults,' we will arrange a free repair. Please contact us immediately if you believe your item is faulty.
Do I have to pay for return shipping if the product is faulty?
No, if the product is confirmed to have a fault (covered by warranty or ACL), we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping. Please retain your postage receipt and we will reimburse you.
Do you offer Afterpay or Zip (Buy Now, Pay Later)?
Yes! We offer flexible payment options through both Afterpay and Zip. You can split your purchase into 4 interest-free installments, making it easier to invest in your pet's well-being. These options are available at checkout.
Are your products safe for pets?
Absolutely. All products sold by Healthy Furry are designed specifically for pets. The Pippo test is completely non-invasive, and the PickFun robot is designed with pet-safe materials and quiet operation to ensure your furry friend is comfortable and safe. Our supplements and treats are Australian natural, grain free and biologically appropriate pet foods.

How do I set up the PickFun robot?
Setting up your PickFun robot is straightforward. The package includes the A3 PickFun Robot, a charging station, a charging cable, and a user manual. Simply plug in the charging station, place the robot on the dock to fully charge it, and download the free PickFun app to your smartphone. The app will guide you through the quick process of connecting the robot to your home's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
How do I control the PickFun robot from my phone?
You have two modes of operation. In Auto Patrol mode, the robot's AI autonomously navigates your home, tracks your pet, and captures footage on its own. Alternatively, you can take Manual Control at any time through the app, using the on-screen joystick to drive the rover wherever you want for a live, pet's-eye view of your home.
How does the automatic video creation work in PickFun?
The robot's AI is trained to recognise over 50 different pet behaviours (such as eating, sleeping, playing, and more). When it detects an interesting action, it automatically starts recording. The AI then selects the best clips from the day and edits them into a short, engaging video vlog — complete with music and subtitles — which is sent directly to your PickFun app as a notification.
How do I use the two-way audio feature?
Once you are connected to the robot via the PickFun app, simply tap the microphone icon to speak. Your voice will be broadcast through the robot's speaker in real-time, allowing you to comfort, reassure, or call your pet from anywhere. You can also hear what's happening at home through the app.
How do I use the AI Image Generation (AI Portraits) feature?
Within the PickFun app, navigate to the AI Image Generation section. Upload a favourite photo of your dog or cat — it can be one captured by the robot or any photo from your phone's gallery. Then, select from a range of artistic styles (such as classic painting, cartoon, or pop art). Tap generate, and the AI will create a unique, one-of-a-kind artwork of your pet in seconds.
How do I share camera access with my family?
Through the PickFun app, you can securely invite up to 4 additional family members to share access to the robot. Each person will need to download the PickFun app on their own phone. Once invited, they can view the live feed, control the robot, and enjoy the daily vlogs.
Is the PickFun robot suitable for both dogs and cats?
Yes! The PickFun robot is designed to entertain and monitor both dogs and cats. Its AI can recognise behaviours specific to both species, and it can even communicate using pre-recorded dog and cat sounds to interact with your pet.
I'm not tech-savvy. Are these products easy to use?
Yes, both products are designed with simplicity in mind. The Pippo test is a straightforward 3-step process guided entirely by the app. The PickFun robot setup is guided by the app as well, and once connected, it can operate autonomously with no further input needed. Both apps are user-friendly and intuitive.
Does it work in the dark?
Yes. The robot is equipped with high-quality infrared night vision, allowing you to see your pet clearly even in complete darkness. This ensures 24/7 monitoring capability without any gaps.
What behaviours can the PickFun robot detect?
The AI can identify and tag over 50 different pet behaviours, including eating, drinking, sleeping, playing, running, sitting, lying down, and potentially concerning behaviours like excessive chewing or pacing. These are compiled into smart behaviour reports that give you a data-driven overview of your pet's daily routine and emotional state.
Can the PickFun robot navigate stairs or different floor levels?
The PickFun robot is designed for use on a single floor level. It navigates smoothly across flat surfaces such as hardwood, tile, and low-pile carpet. It is not designed to climb stairs. If your pet spends time on multiple floors, you may want to position the robot on the floor where they spend the most time.
Can I use the PickFun robot as a regular home security camera?
While the PickFun robot is primarily designed as a pet companion, its 2K HD camera, night vision, autonomous patrolling, and local recording capabilities make it a very capable home monitoring device as well. You can use it to check on your home, monitor specific areas, and review recorded footage and videos.
Do I need a subscription to use the PickFun robot?
No, a subscription is not required for the core features. All essential functions — including 2K live viewing, two-way audio, manual driving control, and local recording to the included 32GB memory card — are completely FREE forever. You only need a subscription if you want the advanced AI features.
What do I get with the premium subscription?
The optional premium subscription unlocks the advanced AI capabilities, including automatic vlog generation, smart behaviour reports, AI image generation (pet portraits), and enhanced cloud storage. The subscription costs $7 AUD/month, and every PickFun robot comes with a free 3-month trial so you can experience all the features before deciding.
What happens after the free 3-month subscription trial ends?
After the trial, you can choose to continue the premium subscription for $7/month, or you can let it lapse. If you choose not to subscribe, all the core features (live view, two-way audio, manual control, local recording) will continue to work perfectly and remain free. You simply won't have access to the advanced AI features like automatic vlogs and behaviour reports.
How long does the battery last, and how does it recharge?
The PickFun robot features an intelligent auto-recharge function. When its battery runs low, it will automatically navigate back to its charging station to recharge itself, ensuring it's always ready for action. You don't need to worry about manually plugging it in.
What kind of Wi-Fi do I need?
The PickFun robot connects to a standard 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. It is not compatible with 5GHz networks. Most modern routers broadcast both frequencies. Please ensure you connect the robot to the 2.4GHz band for a stable connection. Check your router settings if you are unsure.
How is my video footage stored? Is it secure?
Your privacy is a top priority. The robot primarily uses local storage, saving footage to the included 32GB memory card (approximately 3 days of loop recording). This means your video clips are stored securely in your home, not on a third-party cloud server, unless you choose to share them. You can also schedule a privacy/sleep mode to disable all recording and audio during specified times.
What is included in the box?
The package includes the A3 PickFun Robot, a Charging Station, a Charging Cable, a 32GB Memory Card (pre-installed), and a User Manual. The total package weight is 1.825 kg, and the dimensions are 29 x 18 x 11 cm.
What surfaces can the PickFun robot drive on?
The robot is designed to move smoothly on most common household surfaces, including hardwood floors, tiles, laminate, and low-pile carpet. It may have difficulty on very thick or shaggy rugs. For best performance, ensure the floor area is relatively clear of small obstacles like cables or small toys.
What is the warranty and return policy for the PickFun robot?
We stand by our product with the Healthy Furry Guarantee, which includes: a 30-day free return policy (don't love it? return it for free), a 3-month free replacement (if any issues arise in the first 90 days, we replace your unit for free), and a comprehensive 2-year warranty covering free repairs. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
