Which pets is this product suitable for?

Do your prices include GST?

All prices on our Australian store include the 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). The GST component will be itemized on your invoice for your records.

Where do you ship from, and what are the shipping costs?

All orders ship from Vaucluse, NSW. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 and pay a $6 flat fee for smaller orders. Prices exclude GST.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We are quite proud of how quickly we can send your order from Healthy Furry. We ship all orders from Vaucluse, NSW. We process and dispatch orders within 1 business day. You can expect to receive your order within 2–5 business days for most metro areas in major cities. Regional areas may take slightly longer.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are typically processed promptly, often within 1-2 hours. Kindly reach out to us promptly by phone (during business hours) or email. If the order has not been shipped, we will make every effort to fulfill your request.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the chosen courier's website to track its progress.

What if my product is faulty or stops working? (ACL Guarantee)

For our electrical products, under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) for faulty products. If a product has a 'major fault,' you can choose between a refund or replacement. For 'minor faults,' we will arrange a free repair. Please contact us immediately if you believe your item is faulty.

Do I have to pay for return shipping if the product is faulty?

No, if the product is confirmed to have a fault (covered by warranty or ACL), we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping. Please retain your postage receipt and we will reimburse you.
