How long does shipping take?

We are quite proud of how quickly we can send your order from Healthy Furry. We ship all orders from Vaucluse, NSW. We process and dispatch orders within 1 business day. You can expect to receive your order within 2–5 business days for most metro areas in major cities. Regional areas may take slightly longer.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Healthy Furry relies on couriers to ship products across Australia. So, if our courier service is operating, so are we! However, because couriers generally don’t work on public holidays, it's best for you to plan your delivery ahead of time - especially during busy periods such as Christmas, New Year and Easter.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

If you give authority to leave your order on your property without a signature on delivery, our drivers can leave your order for you.
